Exception Alert: If tracking status is not updated for more than 3 business days, our system will trigger an alert and our customer service team will proactively coordinate with the carrier.
Customs & Import Taxes: Listed prices do not include destination country import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and must be paid upon arrival.

Special Note: For regions like the EU and UK, we’ve optimized clearance with DHL/Royal Mail. Packages include compliant declaration documents to minimize delays.
